Ordering & Supply

What products does Gorewell distribute?
We trade across a broad range of consumer and commercial product categories, buying and selling globally. Because we source to demand, the practical answer is: tell us what you need — if it can be supplied reliably and at the right price, we can usually get it.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product line. Wholesale orders are typically placed by the case, carton or pallet, and we'll always tell you the minimum for a given line before you commit. For new customers we're happy to start with smaller trial orders.
Can you source a specific product or brand for us?
Yes — bespoke sourcing is one of our core services. Send us the product details, target price and volumes, and we'll search our supplier network and come back with options, lead times and pricing.
How do I get a price list?
Just contact us with a note about what you sell and the volumes you work with. We tailor price lists to each customer rather than publishing one generic sheet, because volume and frequency genuinely change the price we can offer.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We're based in the UK and deliver domestically and internationally — our network covers more than 60 countries across five continents. If you're unsure whether we can reach you, ask; the answer is usually yes.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Dispatch timelines are agreed per order and per customer — and once agreed, we hit them. For repeat wholesale customers we set up standing replenishment schedules so dispatch happens like clockwork without you having to chase.
Who handles customs and export documentation?
We do. International orders are managed end-to-end, including freight booking, customs paperwork and export documentation. You get tracking and a single point of contact throughout.

Working With Gorewell

Do you work with new or small businesses?
Absolutely. Many of our best partnerships started with a small first order. We'll size minimums and payment terms sensibly for where your business is today, and scale with you as you grow.
What payment methods and terms do you offer?
Bank transfer is standard, with payment terms agreed per account. New accounts usually begin on payment-with-order, moving to credit terms as the trading relationship develops.
We're a manufacturer — can we supply Gorewell?
We're always open to quality suppliers. Send us your product range, certifications and export capability, and our sourcing team will review and respond.
